This Privacy Policy describes how TermsKeeper collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

  • • Account information (name, email, company).
  • • Contract files and metadata you upload.
  • • Usage data (feature usage, app performance, logs).
  • • Payment details handled by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).

How we use information

  • • Provide and improve the Service (extraction, alerts, search).
  • • Send operational emails (renewals, confirmations, updates).
  • • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce policies.
  • • Respond to support requests.

AI processing

When you request AI features, contract text may be processed by our AI provider to generate summaries and extractions. We use this data only to deliver the requested output.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share data with trusted vendors to operate the Service, including:

  • • Supabase (database, auth, storage)
  • • OpenAI (AI extraction and chat)
  • • Stripe (payments)
  • • Resend (transactional email)

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data, and we will delete it within a reasonable time unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

Security

We use access controls, private storage buckets, and signed URLs to limit access to contract files. We also apply row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own records.

Your choices

You can update your profile information in the app. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
